How to Care For a Sick Dog

It' s no fun seeing your dog feeling poorly. He relies on you to be his advocate when he is sick. Your first step is to recognize when your dog is sick, and to recognize the severity of the sickness. Some illnesses can be treated by yourself under your careful actions. However, some sicknesses are too dangerous and risky for you to care by yourself. These kind of illnesses require the special treatment of a vet. Whenever you are in doubt, don't hesitate to call a vet for advice. Sometimes, the situation can be life threatening.
